What is interesting is the veterans committe I find more interesting
that the regular ballot

Dick Allen and Tiant I would put in the HoF.

2025 Classic Baseball Era Non-Players Committee Ballot

1 Ken Boyer
2 Dick Allen
3 Luis Tiant
4 Dave Parker
5 Tommy John
6 Steve Garvey
7 Vic Harris
8 John Donaldson

Below are all of the players included in the 2025 Ballot provided to the
Baseball Writers of America Association. Players must appear on 75% of
all ballots to gain induction.

Beltran and Suzuki and Utley. I am on the fence with Andrew Jones. I
can't ignor his total crash late in his career.

It is amazing to see Zobrist and Tulowitzki already on the ballet...

Batting Stats Pitching Stats
1 Billy Wagner
2 Andruw Jones
3 Carlos Beltrán
4 Alex Rodriguez
5 Manny Ramirez
6 Chase Utley
7 Omar Vizquel
8 Bobby Abreu
9 Jimmy Rollins
10 Andy Pettitte
11 Mark Buehrle
12 Francisco Rodríguez
13 Torii Hunter
14 David Wright
15 Ichiro Suzuki
16 CC Sabathia
17 Dustin Pedroia
18 Ian Kinsler
19 Félix Hernández
20 Troy Tulowitzki

The Veterans Committee should have been dissolved years ago. It has long
past served its purpose of placing overlooked stars from a bygone era in
the Hall. That era of player is long gone. If today's stars cannot
qualify with the standard procedures, then it should be assumed that
they just weren't that good. The VC just cheapens the entire process.

You have good point but I think that sometimes some distance in time
gives one a better perspective on the careers of certain ballplayers.
Dick Allen grinded through a lot of racial flack, much thanks for
Philepdephia. Tiant's career in light of how pitching has developed was
under rated IMO.
